I know what you’re thinking, “Really? Cranberry sauce??” The answer is a resounding hell yes today’s hero is cranberry sauce! Why? Because it is the least appreciated dish at Thanksgiving dinner. Everybody talks about how they like the stuffing, mashed potatoes or the turkey. Nobody (except me) ever chooses cranberry sauce as their favorite dish at the Thanksgiving table. Cranberry sauce is taken for granted, think about it. If you didn’t have cranberry sauce on your table Thanksgiving would feel like it was missing something… it brings everything together. So, congrats to you cranberry sauce albeit unsung, you are the Hero of the Day!!!
